We're looking to rent out our house. We would love to do a rent-to-own with a family who needs it (perhaps rent it while they are building their credit up to buy it). It's a 5-bdrm 3-bath 2800 square foot home with a great lot and a pool. Did I mention the theater room (YES, the equipment will stay for you! woo hoo) We're downsizing (we're even staying in the ward!!) and we know that selling is tough right now.
