Tomorrow, Saturday March 1st, is the community garage sale for Pecan Creek. I got the flier on my door, everyone should have. But, if you didnt see it or it blew away I wanted to remind everyone. I am for sure doing it so if you dont have a ton of stuff and want to come hang out at my house and sell your stuff, come on ever! It is from 7am-12pm. I will be out there until either everything is gone or time is up, which ever comes first! So, go thru all your drawers and buckets and get rid of stuff. I cant wait!!!!

A favor to ask, it only takes a minute....
Please tell ten friends to tell ten today! The Breast Cancer site is having trouble getting enough people to click on their site daily to meet their quota of donating at least one free mammogram a day to an underprivileged woman. It takes less than a minute to go to their site and click on "donating a mammogram" for free (pink window in the middle). This doesn't cost you a thing. Their corporate sponsors/advertisers use the number of daily visits to donate mammogram in exchange for advertising. Here's the web site! Pass it along to people you know. http://www.thebreastcancersite.com.
Thanks,
Kourtney

IntenSati-cant wait to try it!

I wanted to pass on something I "stumbled" across, and feel is so amazing. A lady named Patricia Moreno, a fitness instructor, has created something called IntenSati. It's a high energy/cardio workout that is amazing. (& it's easy to follow, because even I got the hang of it and did it!) It combines martial arts, exercise, yoga and spoken meditation. I will simply say this: It's POWERFUL. I can't explain how powerful the spoken meditation is...combining a workout with spoken positive intentions- it feels amazing! I highly recommend spending the $12-15 on this DVD :-} The website is: www.intensati.com and the DVD is: 'Intention & Power: A high energy workout for Body, Mind & Soul' (I bought mine at Sprouts, but I found it later on Amazon.com for $12.99)
A side note: I am not even one for DVD's, I would much rather take my 10 mile bike ride to workout-- but this DVD is sweet. Your mind will crave it! If you focus like it intends you to focus, you will feel, and release, and love, and intend, and become! I can't think of a better workout, than one that puts your mind and spirit into a peaceful state as you do. And I can't imagine anyone not loving this. I wake up every morning and can't wait to do it. Something helpful, if you have little kiddos, do it early morning, or after you put kids to bed - you need to be able to focus on it.
ENJOY!

Who knew that bread ties make a difference?

When you go to buy bread in the grocery store, have you ever wondered which is the freshest, so you "squeeze" for freshness or softness? Did you know that bread is delivered fresh to the stores five days a week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday? Each day has a different color twist tie. They are:
Monday= Blue, Tuesday = Green, Wednesday = no delivery, Thursday = Red, Friday = White, Saturday = Yellow. *yellow* So if today was Thursday, you would want red twist tie; not white which is Fridays (almost a week old)! The colors go alphabetically by color: Blue-Green- Red -White -Yellow- Monday through Saturday! Very easy to remember. I thought this was interesting. I looked in the grocery store and the bread wrappers DO have different twist ties, and even the ones with the plastic clips have different colors. You learn something new everyday! Enjoy fresh bread when you buy bread with the right color on the day you are shopping.
