Just reduced!

Just an FYI for everyone. The Jensen's recently drastically reduced the price of their house to $229,777. I know that is about $50,000 LESS than what they paid for it but really want to sell since they have already moved. It is 2854 sq. ft, 5bed/3bath, large gameroom, staggered cherry cabinets, granite countertops in kitchen and laundry, 20 in. tile, upgraded carpet, and lots lots more. I know this is a crazy market but I just wanted to help get the word out more for them. I wish I could buy it because it is a GORGEOUS house!
